Delivery

• We use DHL, City Link, Parcel Force, DPD, UK Mail, etc. When we are ready to send your parcel, we will notify you with courier name followed by tracking number.

• We work closely with selected courier companies in order to provide a reliable delivery service. Please use the below information as a guide, but note that all delivery times stated are not guaranteed, only scheduled.

•  As we have to rely on Third Party Delivery Company we cannot give delivery time guarantee. Delivery to other than mainland UK and other country will be additional day based on courier's time.

• We are not responsible for any product damage between the transits from our factory to clients address. We always deliver goods with high quality packaging and hand over to courier with good condition. Once we hand over the goods to courier, any damage occur afterwards, we are not responsible for that.

• We also do not accept any complaint for delivery issue which our courier delays in deliver or not following the instructions for delivery time. Also as long as we manage to send goods via courier within stated time frame at our online shop, this should not accept as a complaint. Delivery to other than mainland UK will be additional day based on courier's time.

• Please allow us following working days to cover Bank Holidays / Weekends. This means any order is due in between will follow next working day.
